I just completely ignored WW for 3 weeks, fell off the deep end into food, stopped exercising, etc. I felt horribly depressed, “fat”, ugly, bloated, despised myself, etc. Food no longer seemed to even have a taste, but I kept overindulging in it, hoping to satisfy the monster within. Last Friday, I decided enough was enough! I started tracking again, blogging again, eating healthfully again. Wow, I feel like I’ve had a 360 turnaround mentally! It’s unbelievable what we let food do to us… when we know what it does to us! Good article.
